Responsibilities Review, modify and prepare moderately complex templates, letters, reports, Power

Point presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials; research, compile and summarize information/data Support leaders through proactive calendar and email management, helping to align priorities, manage time effectively, and anticipate scheduling conflicts Coordinate invoicing processes and support accounts receivable activities with accuracy and attention to detail Enter,



review and maintain client accounts and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinate the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature) Coordinate and schedule internal and external meeting and appointment logistics and prepare supporting material Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Proactively contribute to the developmentof new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Build solid, professional relationships with team members, leaders, and clients, serving as a reliable and trusted point of coordination Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to support evolving business needs, including working outside of standard hours Skills and Experience Post-secondary education in business administration is preferred 5+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities or project coordination Experience in a professional services environment is preferred Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients Proven ability to train, coach, and develop others, enabling consistent performance and professional growth Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
