Interior health is looking for a Shift Coordinator to join the team at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital, located in Vernon, BC.

This relief part-time position works rotating day and night shifts (07:0019:00 and 19:0007:00), with an anticipated end date of October 23, 2026, or until the incumbent returns.

The Shift Coordinator is responsible for patient placement, bed utilization and staffing during weekends, evening and night shifts.

Acts as a clinical resource to staff in resolving problems regarding patient care, staffing levels and bed utilization.

The Shift Coordinator is accountable for ensuring excellence in the provision of patient centered care throughout the hospital on assigned shift.
