Anticipate guest needs and personalize each interaction with detailed menu knowledge.
Communicate clearly with guestsregardingservice times, charges, and payment methods.
Deliver food and beverage with care and polish Operational Excellence Set up, serve, and tear down events, following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
Handle POS transactions andserve alcohol responsibly and accurately.
Restock bars, polish glassware and cutlery, andmaintaintidy, organized service areas.
Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and fellow servers to ensure effective execution.
Complete detailed checklists and pass-on notes to support smooth transitions between shifts.

Qualifications What You Bring Pro
Serve certification required.
Previousbanquet or in-room dining experience in a luxury environment is an asset.

Ability to work in varying temperatures, humid kitchens, and cleaning environments Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
