Job Summary: The Junior Business Analyst will provide operational, administrative, and technical support for a large-scale SD-WAN deployment project.

Working closely with the Project Manager, telecommunications vendors, and field technicians, this role ensures successful network implementations across multiple sites by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Support the SD-WAN Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deployment milestones.

Coordinate site surveys, equipment relocations, and installation activities with telecommunications providers and ITFS field technicians.

Contact Bell and Rogers technicians to confirm installation dates and times, coordinate scheduling with ITFS technicians, and provide technician contact information.

Maintain and update project documentation including installation master lists, circuit details, and tracking records.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for project status reporting and progress tracking.

Troubleshoot site-specific deployment and connectivity issues, identify root causes, and engage appropriate teams or vendors for resolution.

Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, vendors,



and technical teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.

Track and manage circuit information, installation schedules, and deployment dependencies to support timely delivery.

Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.

Support other projects in the Technology Planning team portfolio as available.

Required Skills & Certifications: 3-5 years of hands-on network experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI.

Experience working with telecommunications providers (Bell and Rogers) and ITFS field technicians.

Project coordination skills including tracking issues and managing records.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience in the public sector.

Familiarity with large-scale SD-WAN deployment projects.

Special Considerations: Work involves coordination across multiple external vendors and technical teams.

Hybrid work setting with onsite visits to specific locations in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).

Scheduling: Hybrid work schedule with onsite requirements for site visits and coordination.
