Conduct quality tests ensuring attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Understand and apply all normal laboratory calculations for the product being developed.

Understand and apply industry quality standards.

Follow the Companys laboratory best practices and standards.

Understand the plant process, monitor quality samples, and analyze information.

Use reason to address issues and problems.

Summarize and communicate findings with appropriate staff.

Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Document results clearly and thoroughly along with proper record keeping for daily production and inspections.

Maintain laboratory working areas to ensure clean, orderly, and secure working conditions.

Observe and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations and to identify malfunctions.

Perform plant inspections, within scope, and report issues to plant operator and/or shift supervisor.

Assist operations with other tasks, when required.

Cross-train in other positions as needed.

Promote a positive company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.

Who Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.





Must have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Intermediate data entry skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to read, interpret, and apply written procedures.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask.
