Well Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a skilled and certified Cardiology Technologist who will be responsible for performing all cardiac testing techniques including Electro Cardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring, and ambulatory BP monitoring in compliance with CSCT guidelines.

Visit us at Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring patient identification, safety and preparation are correct prior to testing whilemaintaining patient confidentiality.

Performs all cardiac testing techniques including Electrocardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holterscanning, Holter monitoring and ambulatory BP monitoring as per compliance

Companys P&P; manual guidelines.

Responsible for inserting various types of intravenous lines and monitoring the IV treatments to watch for complications as required.

Performs Nuclear stress testing on treadmill as well as using pharmacological interventions including Persantine (Dipyridamole), dobutamine, adenosine, etc. as well as administering aminophylline as required under clinical supervision and delegated workflow.

Ensures all quality control assessments are performed as required.





Takes all reasonable precautions and work in compliance with related policies, health and safety legislation andbest practices.

Follows procedures for proper equipment maintenance are completed in accordance with department standards.

Ensures equipment and instruments are performing in an efficient and effective manner.

Prepares reports as required.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications, Experience & Requirements: 0-2 years of related experience.

Completion of a Cardiology program recognized by the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists.

Current certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and eligible for membership withthe Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT).

Current CPR certificate.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.

Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
