This includes implementing safety strategies, conducting audits, and ensuring all personnel are trained and aware of safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills will position you to cultivate a culture that prioritizes safety.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor construction safety programs
Communicate safety requirements with management and site teams
Review job safety analysis and incident reports
Conduct safety training sessions and audits
Help manage compliance with safety regulations Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Safety/Health preferred
Ten years in Health, Safety, and Environmental management
Experience in wind or solar projects preferred
Required CHST certification; CSP is a plus
