Key Responsibilities:
• Advise managers on HR matters and employee relations
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings
• Help manage workplace investigations and safety protocols




• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and client records
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in Human Resources
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Solid understanding of Ontario employment regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
