In this casual role, you will report to the Designated Manager, assisting adults with low or no income to establish stable living situations. Utilize your expertise in crisis intervention, community resources, and case management to develop tailored plans for clients. This position offers versatile shifts throughout the week, including day, evening, and overnight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skills training to adults for secure living
• Facilitate access to community resources and services
• Develop action plans to address clients' issues




• Administer finances and medication as needed
• Maintain records and statistical data accurately
Requirements:
• Related diploma or Grade 12 plus two years' experience
• Current First Aid Level 1 and Class 5 Driver's License
• Minimum one year case management experience preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
