You'll supervise support staff, help integrate case management, and lead crisis interventions. Your efforts will contribute to program evaluation and development while ensuring compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all support workers and oversee staff training
Develop and maintain a skilled relationship with residents
Direct crisis responses and report incidents effectively
Liaise with community partners for enhanced services
