Job Title: Cheese Maker – Commercial Production

Location: Tillsonburg, ON Canada

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cheese Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience producing Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and other varieties of cheese at commercial volumes in a plant setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and various other cheeses according to established recipes and production standards.
Operate and maintain cheese-making equipment in a protected and productive manner.
Monitor quality control throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of practical cheese-making experience in a commercial production plant.
Robust knowledge of cheese-making processes and techniques, including Paneer production.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
