In this term position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions for existing and recent clients. Building a solid rapport is vital for success, and familiarity with ONE Insurance’s other offerings will enable effective cross-selling. You will manage your Personal Lines Book of Business, ensuring all policies align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and sales targets annually
• Prospect and convert recent customer leads
• Retain and manage assigned Personal Lines Book




• Review coverage options and perform annual policy evaluations
• Support Autopac transactions and related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in personal lines insurance
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
• Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Positive team-oriented communication skills
