AllRock Consulting Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Safety Professional to ensure compliance and cultural transformation in safety practices. You'll work closely with project teams to implement robust safety measures and lead comprehensive training programs. Your NCSO or CRSP certification, accompanied by extensive construction industry experience, will be essential in fostering a proactive safety workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Embed safety practices in daily operations
• Update safety policies to meet requirements




• Maintain and oversee Protected Work Practice library
• Conduct on-site safety audits and inspections
• Lead monthly safety meetings and training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or college diploma in related field
• NCSO or CRSP Certification mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years in Construction safety
• Valid First Aid & CPR training
• Proven success in safety performance improvement
