Reporting to the Program Manager, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient resource connection and flow in the clinic. This MOA position encompasses patient interactions, handling referrals, and supporting clinical duties. Flexibility in working hours across weekdays, evenings, and weekends is essential to meet the clinic's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors, determining their needs
• Check in patients and update records using EMR
• Assist with data collection and administrative tasks
• Process referrals and maintain EMR records
• Review patient charts and prepare for visits
Requirements:
• Accredited Medical Office Assistant Certification required
• Minimum one year full clinic scope MOA experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of Health Information Privacy Regulations essential
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
