In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving our ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System tailored to highway maintenance.

The role involves a hands-on approach to inspections and audits, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and contractual standards. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will oversee quality control measures and drive initiatives for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Provide QA/QC expertise across operations
Implement and enhance quality systems for highway maintenance




Monitor and analyze compliance with quality KPIs
Conduct audits identifying risks and gaps
Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reporting and documentation Requirements:
P.Eng.

Civil

Engineer registered or eligible in Alberta
5+ years in QA/QC within civil or highway sectors
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Experience managing quality documentation and metrics
