Analyze and translate business requirements into D365 configuration
Resolve issues escalated from first-level support teams
Maintain functional configuration including workflows and rules
Prepare change documentation for D365 updates
Create and manage support procedures and user guidance Requirements:
8+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations
Knowledge of finance, project management, and related modules
Proven experience in functional support and process alignment
Solid documentation skills in ERP settings
Microsoft Dynamics 365 training or certification preferred Lead ERP system enhancement and provide crucial support with D365 expertise at Associated Engineering.
