The Job!

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the following:
Design and develop engaging online learning and training programs
Lead user research, feedback sessions, and training initiatives
Create learning materials, user guides, and support documentation
Drive user adoption and readiness for new tools and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Monitor feedback and continuously improve learning resources

What you bring to the job
5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or training




Experience with Technical Writing, creating SOP’s, using Storyline, writing for online learning, train the trainer experience, creating reference guides
Experience developing e-learning programs using LMS and adult learning principles
Skilled at facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement
Solid communication, project management, and organizational skills
Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or a related field
Learning & development certifications and experience with professional education or certification programs are considered assets
