You will lead site-level continuous improvement strategies while mentoring and coaching managers on Lean methodologies. Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies and programs
Facilitate Kaizen events and drive improvement workshops
Analyze operational performance to identify trends and prospects




Coach and mentor staff on CI tools and techniques

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or related field
5+ years experience in manufacturing CI or operational excellence
LEAN Certification preferred for leading Lean initiatives
