Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations

• Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards
• Ensure quality and consistency of finished dishes
Requirements:
• Certified cooking program completion and Red Seal certification
• At least three years of relevant experience in culinary arts
• Solid knowledge of West Coast and ethnic cuisines
• Excellent knife and butchery skills
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in culinary settings
