Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance participants' learning and retention through creative instruction
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma and pursuit of Adult Education certification
• At least 5 years working in an insurance capacity
• 5+ years developing and delivering training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical abilities; French proficiency is a plus
