As part of the operations team, you will manage traffic at our construction sites to ensure the safety of both workers and the public. Your role includes instructing motorists clearly and assisting with the setup of traffic control measures. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in addressing any public concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide explicit traffic control directions to motorists
• Conduct traffic operations in compliance with training
• Ensure work zones meet quality and safety expectations
• Attend required health and safety meetings
• Assist with the preparation and removal of traffic signs
Requirements:
• Experience in construction preferred
• Valid provincial drivers license and a clean abstract
• Strong communication abilities
• Willing to work versatile schedule including weekends
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
