Reporting to the Brand Manager, your core focus includes designing robust training programs that elevate sales techniques, product knowledge, and the overall customer experience. With responsibilities that blend in-store coaching and online facilitation, you'll enhance retail talent while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail training
• Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Canada
