Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily assignments based on production needs
• Monitor workflow for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed electrician
• Preferred Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction & Maintenance (309A)
• Experience mentoring apprentices
