You will be responsible for the overall supervision of the housekeeping department at Whaler’s Guesthouse. Key Responsibilities:
• Select and order cleaning supplies and equipment
• Recruit, onboard, and train housekeeping team members
• Create staff schedules and assign daily tasks
• Oversee inspections of guest rooms and common areas
• Implement housekeeping procedures and maintain standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 months of experience in housekeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning standards
