Inthisrole,you'llbuildandmaintaindatapipelinesthatcollectemployeedatafrommultipleHRsystems,cleanandtransformit,andloaditintoacentraldataplatformforreportingandbusinessuse.Thisisadevelopment-focusedrole ,notasupportrole,sowe'relookingforcandidateswhohavepersonallybuiltDatabricksnotebooks,ETLpipelines,andSQL-baseddatasolutions ,ratherthanonlymonitoringorsupportingexistingenvironments.Youshouldbeabletoconfidentlyexplainthesolutionsyou'vebuilt,thetechnicaldecisionsyoumade,andyourindividualcontributionstorealprojects.
