Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
Foster a positive, community-oriented work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints,



and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements
Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or convenience store management is required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
Availability to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $38.70 CAD/Hour
