In this role, you will develop and execute programming consistent with YMCA guidelines and New Brunswick standards. Your interactions will foster relationships with families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for learning. This position emphasizes flexibility and responsiveness to children's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement consistent programs in compliance with child care standards
• Engage with children to promote learning and exploration
• Ensure daily routines are documented and timely
• Adhere to confidentiality and YMCA policies
• Complete tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in Child Care or similar field
• Early Childhood Education Certificate or Bachelor’s in Education
• Familiarity with New Brunswick's Learning Curriculum is beneficial
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
