In this critical care nursing role, you will deliver emergency care to patients of varying ages and conditions. You will stabilize multi-trauma individuals and engage in post-anesthetic recovery while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams. This position emphasizes the importance of clinical competence, participation in hospital projects, and adherence to the BCCNM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Stabilize and resuscitate multi-trauma patients in crises




• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
• Assist in post-anesthetic care and life-support operations
• Participate in hospital committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Recent acute medical/surgical experience preferred
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility for training and practice adjustments
