You are not expected to carry a full practitioner schedule and then manage the clinic in whatever time is left over.

The role is structured to balance: Client care Management responsibility Team leadership Coaching and practitioner support Clinic performance CARESPACE can do this because our model is intentionally admin-lite .

We are not built around WSIB claims, MVA claims, ODSP administration, insurance-driven care plans, or funding-source bureaucracy.

Our managers are not paperwork managers.

They are practitioner-leaders focused on helping great practitioners provide great client care.
