Point Online development, architecture, and administration Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams while remaining actively hands-on Strong understanding of Share

Point information architecture, site design, governance, search, permissions, and content management Experience designing and implementing enterprise Share

Point solutions and workflow automation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience with modern development and deployment practices, including automation, source control, and release management Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practices Experience working within Agile delivery environments Familiarity with Teams integration, Viva Connections, Microsoft Search, Microsoft 365 Copilot is considered an asset
