The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.

Organize and coordinate submittals Review and monitor schedules and quality control Review all contracts and accepted quotations Write up purchase orders Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs Attend team meetings Assist production with preparing prices What We Are Seeking Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment Previous experience in Glazing Coordination would be an asset.

Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Strong blueprint reading skills #LI-NS1 We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
