CPA Manager – Public Accounting

Ingersoll, Ontario | In-Person

McRobert's Skilled Corporation is looking for a CPA Manager to join our growing public accounting firm in Ingersoll, Ontario. This is a full-time salaried position designed around approximately 1,500 total working hours per year — not 1,500 billable hours.

The successful candidate will work directly with the firm owner and take on a meaningful role in reviewing client engagements, supporting staff, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future of the practice.

What we’re looking for:
Canadian CPA designation in valuable standing
Minimum 3 years of recent experience working in a Canadian public accounting firm
Robust experience with compilation engagements, corporate tax returns and personal tax returns
Ability to review files and provide guidance to junior staff
Strong communication, organizational and client-service skills
Currently residing within reasonable commuting distance of Ingersoll, Ontario
Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
Able to work regularly from our Ingersoll office
