In this contract position, report directly to the Director, Hansard Publications and Language Services. With robust organizational skills and attention to detail, you’ll play a critical role in fostering positive relationships while providing essential reception and administrative duties. Your contribution will drive the effectiveness of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily branch operations through administrative oversight
• Manage distribution and subscription services for Hansard transcripts
• Ensure smooth office operations by monitoring supplies and expenses




• Aid in budget preparation for effective departmental functioning
• Maintain high standards of customer service across interactions
Requirements:
• Two- to three-year college diploma essential
• Up to three years of administrative experience
• Solid organizational and communication skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Ontario’s parliamentary system is beneficial
