We seek an organized and detail-driven individual ready to take on estimating responsibilities. An ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities while supporting project teams. While construction experience is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in this full time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review drawings and specifications for estimates
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare project budgets and pricing quotations
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors for information
• Identify risks and value-engineering prospects
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Robust written and verbal English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
