As a agile member of Corus Orthodontists, you will play a vital role in patient relations and financial accuracy. You will enter contracts, process payments, and assist in managing accounts receivable, all while fostering supportive community relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and administer patient contracts and agreements
• Process various payment schedules from patient accounts
• Monitor daily patient accounts receivables thoroughly
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections
• Complete daily financial reconciliations and deposits
Requirements:
• Prior experience in dental or orthodontic settings is helpful
• One year in accounts receivable is beneficial
• Two years in customer service preferred
• Must excel with Microsoft Office applications
• Robust interpersonal communication skills needed
