This role is essential for the Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) team, where you will implement individualized care strategies and support residents with responsive behaviors. Engage in continuous learning and teamwork, utilizing evidence-informed approaches to manage each unique situation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centered support aligned with BSO principles
• Implement and monitor care plans under BSO RPN guidance
• Coach staff on behavior support strategies and interventions




• Document resident responses and behavior patterns diligently
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and evaluations
Requirements:
• Current Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
• Experience with older adults with complex care needs preferred
• Knowledge of BSO and P.I.E.C.E.S. principles is an asset
• Robust communication and observation skills
• Flexibility to work all shifts as needed
