Job Description

Fulcrum Law, a agile and fast-growing law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As an integral member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding workplace, supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in paralegal work, with knowledge in areas such as business law and real estate law. Fluency in Farsi is a plus.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to lawyers, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case files
Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents for court filings, hearings, and trials
Communicate with clients, other legal professionals, and external parties to gather and exchange information
Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation




Collaborate closely with lawyers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications
Demonstrable experience as a paralegal, with knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
Familiarity with business law and real estate law
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
Proficiency in utilizing digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Clio
