As we continue to grow, were looking for a Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects alongside our leadership team.

What the Role Looks Like: This is a leadership role focused on project management, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Lead residential landscape construction projects from planning through final completion.

Work closely with the President, Estimators, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors.

Coordinate project kick-offs and oversee all phases of construction.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.

Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.

Track project costs, reporting, and overall performance.

Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator to maintain smooth project operations.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oakridge quality standards.

What Were Looking For: Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of residential landscape construction experience.





Strong understanding of construction drawings, elevations, layouts, and project specifications.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
