Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, including both day and evening shifts WHAT YOULL DO Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef; Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations; Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items; Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies; Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.



WHAT YOULL BRING A skilled diploma in institutional cooking, an asset Relevant experience in the restaurant industry; Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques; Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency; Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
