Education: Bachelor''s degree Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Provide advice to senior managers and officials Maintain, update and manage health information databases Perform administrative tasks Produce reports Recruit and hire staff Organize conferences and meetings Conduct interviews Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues Develop policies, standards and guidelines Co-ordinate workshops Co-ordinate multidisciplinary projects Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia Offer mentoring Monitor and evaluate Support for persons with disabilities Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for persons with disabilities Support for newcomers and refugees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Support for Indigenous people Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
