Artohlam Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Dispatcher to join our Operations Team and lead our growing Canada–USA cross-border operations .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cross-border freight operations between Canada and the United States.
- Dispatch company drivers and coordinate with owner operators and partner carriers.
- Source and secure profitable freight through the open market.
- Utilize Loadlink and other load boards to identify backhaul opportunities and maximize fleet utilization.
- Plan efficient routes while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, customs requirements, and border regulations.
- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and ensure accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of dispatch experience , preferably in cross-border transportation.




- Strong knowledge of Canada–USA cross-border freight operations .
- Extensive experience using Loadlink and sourcing freight in the open market.
- Understanding of customs procedures, ACE/ACI, and cross-border documentation.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with brokers and customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with transportation management systems (Rose Rocket and Samsara experience is an asset).
