Responsibilities Demonstrate advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools used to configure and extend nCino. Articulate a proposed solution for or against customization. Configure product features and assess the end‑user context and relative level of effort (LOE). Understand and articulate challenges inherent in workplace strategy and promotion. Recommend optimal extensions around or to the nCino data model to the team. Demonstrate adept troubleshooting ability using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome tools. Propose solutions using Salesforce and nCino UX, and Security mechanisms to achieve requirements. Conduct nCino feature quality control and testing. Proficiently use complimentary Salesforce tools. Exhibit competent understanding of common integrations. Display understanding and use of DevOps. Promote cross‑team collaboration focused on delivering product configuration for the end‑user. Encourage continuous learning and define a personalized continuous learning path to assist with career growth. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with aMaster’s / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience. 4+ years Salesforce.Com architecture experience. Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications. Experience with the analysis, definition, and implementation of solution, information, technical, application architecture based solutions. Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods. Passion to deliver high quality solutions to banking customers with an all‑in commitment to what we do. Desired Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX. Experience with Jira. Experience with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework. Travel Position may require some travel. Compensation Base salary range: $86,100.00 - $146,400.00. The pay range is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
