Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Perform general farm duties Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
