They are in continual growth mode and currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator with Wood Frame construction experience.

About this Role The Project Coordinator must have wood frame construction experience for the successful execution of multiple purpose-built apartment rental projects.

Projects range from approximately 9,000 to 15,000 square feet, with individual project values between $2.5M$3.0M in hard construction costs.

Based in the Vaughan, ON office you will be working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Supervisors throughout all phases of construction, from pre-development through project close-out and delivery Assist PMs and Estimators in preparing project-specific scopes of work for tendering Maintain project documentation, records, meeting minutes,
