Must Have:

In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface
Description:
-To provide expertise and leadership in information technology (IT) architecture in a number of the following domains: business, technology, applications, security and/or information and includes enterprise architecture frameworks, strategies, methodologies.
To manage the planning, design, delivery and implementation of architecture solutions for large scale and complex multi-year I⁢ projects required to meet major and critical business requirements of ministry client(s) impacting external stakeholders
To define, evaluate and lead the development of architecture policies, standards,
guidelines and best practices affecting multi-ministry/cluster initiatives.
-Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the technical design and delivery in the project.
-Provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Technical expertise in leading the design and build of the technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project.
Ability to analyze, evaluate and prioritize potential issues and provide advice on resolution.
Suggest prospects to improve design and build of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities in use.
Note: The higher end of the range is intended for absolutely exceptional candidates who meet all must-have requirements and most or all nice-to-have qualifications. The client will evaluate candidates based on both rate expectations and overall skill set when shortlisting.
