Join Everest Clinical Research as a Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor in Toronto/Markham, Ontario, or work remotely from anywhere in Canada. This role focuses on data accuracy, client interactions, and application testing.
As a Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor, you will act as the primary contact for users of Everest’s IWRS/IRT and eDiary systems. Your responsibilities include supporting client requests, monitoring data quality, and managing changes within the database. You will also train team members and conduct system demonstrations to ensure productive use of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact via CTT Helpdesk for users
• Support issue analysis and resolution for clients
• Monitor data accuracy using automated and manual checks




• Ensure documentation completeness for database changes
• Conduct training and demonstrations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field
• Minimum 3 years in clinical trial data management
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Robust and skilled telephone communication skills
• Experience in data review and system development
