This position focuses on providing direction and support to aquatic leaders and ensuring the swimming facility operates smoothly. You will oversee the delivery of aquatic programs, respond to emergency situations effectively, and maintain high safety standards in the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support lifeguards and instructional staff
• Oversee aquatic programs, including lessons and events
• Monitor safety in pool deck and change rooms
• Keep records of maintenance and incidents
• Conduct training in-service for staff as required
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with lifeguarding training
• National Lifeguard Award – Pool Option
• Standard First Aid certification
• Water Safety Instructor qualification
• Some supervisory background preferred
