As a member of the Wound Ostomy Team, you'll provide specialized care for clients managing acute and chronic wounds. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic assessments of clients with wounds and ostomy concerns

Requirements:
• RN with current Ontario certification and advanced wound care education
