In this position, you’ll handle various maintenance projects across 600 properties while utilizing Yardi Maintenance IQ for productive task management. Your independent and team-oriented approach will be vital in performing preventive maintenance, contractor inspections, and tenant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive maintenance tasks across properties
• Document work orders within Yardi Maintenance IQ system
• Verify contractor compliance with maintenance standards




• Maintain supplies to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform regular inspections and communicate effectively with tenants
Requirements:
• Apprenticeship completion or relevant qualifications in trades
• Valid Class G driver’s license for vehicle operation
• Customer-focused attitude with solid collaboration skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Physical ability to perform demanding maintenance tasks
