This leadership role, under the guidance of the Operations Manager, will focus on maintaining inventory accuracy and operational standards. You will mentor team members and lead by example to foster a culture of preparation and accountability, supporting both store organization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all shipments to and from the store
• Maintain records for tracking and reporting
• Enforce compliance with inventory management standards
• Collaborate with Department Sales Managers for timely replenishment
• Lead team huddles to improve performance
Requirements:
• 1 - 3 years in a retail or warehouse setting
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Independent results-driven work ethic
• High school education and tech savvy preferred
